Review commentary

"Stars n Bars" is a regimental-level game for the American Civil War, heavily inspired by the EMPIRE 3rd edition Napoleonic miniatures rules. It emphasizes the importance of command and control and balances between tactical and grand tactical thinking." The game is out of print making it somewhat of a unicorn as it is very difficult to come by.
