Lou Zocchi's scarce early starship-combat game puts players in command of Enterprise, Klingon and Romulan vessels. Players allocate power to movement, shields, sensors, life support and weapons, then estimate an exact firing bearing and stretch a string from a 360-degree ship template to determine whether the shot crosses its target. Published without Paramount authorization and withdrawn after an objection, it preceded Alien Space Battle Manual and the later Star Fleet Battle Manual; it is distinct from Task Force Games' Star Fleet Battles.
