About the game
1972 · Avalon Hill · World War I · Aerial combat
Individual aircraft fight for position in First World War dogfights, with speed, altitude, ammunition, and damage tracked alongside movement on the hex map. The attraction is the tactical problem of lining up a shot while staying out of the enemy's sights. Its record keeping and older movement conventions demand more patience than many modern aerial games.
