An empire and a rebellion struggle for control through military operations and the missions of individual characters. It combines galactic strategy with the personal adventures that give space opera its appeal. The breadth of the character and campaign systems is the draw, but also the burden: expect considerably more rules and administration than a straightforward fleet battle.
